The terms "HF Travels Ltd" and "HIFI TRAVELS" relate to the same legal entity and are used interchangeably for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions. The terms and conditions of HiFi Travels outline the agency' liability with regard to rules and situations. 'We', 'Us', and 'Our' on the policy page refer to HiFi Travels and regulate our relationship with our clients. Our website's content is solely intended for informational purposes.

You accept the terms of our agreement by consenting to use our services. Therefore, before committing to use our services, we recommend that you thoroughly read our "terms of use" and "policies."


Passenger Obligations

It is your duty to present legitimate and authentic documentation, such as entry and exit visas, when travelling with HiFi Travels. Passengers must have a passport that is valid for at least six months prior to the flight in order to guarantee correct identification. We cannot be held accountable for any losses if you do not abide by the applicable laws, which is your duty. In accordance with HiFi Travels' policies and procedures, passengers may be refused boarding if they do not meet the requirements and are entirely liable for any fines, penalties, or costs incurred.


Individual Information 

Passengers' inaccurate information is not HiFi Travels' responsibility or liability. It is necessary for passengers, payees, or those making reservations to supply precise and error-free information.
The traveller is in charge of making sure their passport name and the name on their itinerary match. Penalties may be imposed for any requests to change the name after the tickets have been issued. It's crucial to remember that tickets cannot be transferred, and complete name changes are prohibited.

Rules and Policies for Travel

HiFi Travels' travel policies explicitly specify that, whether for domestic or international travel, we will not be held liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate flight information, destination information, or travel dates. Before we release the trip tickets, it is the payee's sole obligation to check and validate all of the information they have given us.

Policy for Changing Travel Plans 

Policy changes may be made after tickets are issued, but there will be penalties. In addition to any fare or tax discrepancies and any penalties imposed by the airline, any modifications will be subject to reissue fee per ticket and an increase in fares and taxes. Any changes to your travel arrangements must be communicated to us at least 48 hours in advance on working days in order to prevent any disruption.

Payment Transfers Information

Until the traveller has finished paying, the costs of the trip tickets that HiFi Travels offers are subject to change. The tickets will not be issued if the agency does not receive payment. Only until the passenger has transferred the entire amount will we issue tickets. Please be aware that rates and pricing per person may change when a reservation is made, and we do not notify passengers in advance of such changes. It is your duty to remain informed about our terms and conditions and services. Additionally, credit card payments will include the merchant fee. For up-to-date information about your transfers, please stay in contact with us to make sure you benefit from our services.

Visa and Special Permit Liability 

If the passenger's documentation does not meet the relevant rules and regulations, HiFi Travels cannot guarantee travel. The traveller is in charge of making sure their passports, visas, and re-entry permits are up to date. The agency will not be liable for any fines that may be imposed on the passenger or traveller for failing to comply with the regulatory requirements.

Validity of Passports 

To prevent any annoyance or legal problems, it is strongly advised that you renew your passport before visiting other nations. It is the passengers' responsibility to adhere to the specific travel laws and restrictions of each country. You might not be allowed to enter some countries if your passport expires within six months of the date of your trip. It is crucial to confirm that your passport is current and valid before any international travel.


Cancellation Charge 

HiFi Travels is not required to give a complete refund for the tickets in the event that a flight is cancelled. The cancellation fee won't be charged until the agency has received the payment. The fee is not set and might be as much as 100% of the ticket price, depending on the cost of airfare at the time.

Please be aware that most of fare are non refundable, but exception can be made depending on the criticality of the traveler situation.

 

Refund Rights

Only after obtaining the money from the relevant provider will HiFi Travels provide a complete refund of the purchase. The time needed to process the refund can vary, however it usually takes 12 to 16 weeks from the day the refund request was submitted. However, there may be times when unforeseen factors cause the process to take longer than expected. As we try to resolve the issue, we ask our clients to be understanding and cooperative.

Confirmation of Reservation 

The airline may cancel your tickets at any time without giving you advance notice, and it retains the right to change the tickets and flights as necessary. Since it is the passenger's obligation to validate their tickets and flight schedules with the appropriate airlines, HiFi Travels is not liable for verifying your travel information or tickets. We advise you to confirm your travel plans with the airline at least 72 hours prior to your departure in order to avoid any problems during your trip.

Examining Tickets 

If you have any questions or issues concerning your tickets and travel plans, we are always available to help. Please remember, nevertheless, that it is your duty as a passenger to confirm that you have received your tickets before to your departure. You are also in charge of fulfilling all travel obligations, including obtaining the required paperwork and abiding by all relevant laws and guidelines. This will guarantee a hassle-free and seamless journey.

Fees for Credit Cards 

There is a surcharge cost if you use a credit card to pay for your reservations with HiFi Travels. You consent to pay this surcharge fee and release HiFi Travels from any liability for it by using your credit card to make the purchase. The surcharge cost is 2% for bank-issued Visa and MasterCard credit cards. The surcharge cost for premium credit cards issued by Coles, Credit Union, GE, and other corporations is 4%.

NOTICE: In the event of any misunderstandings or inconsistencies, it is also advised to have a copy of your flight schedule and confirmation information on hand. You may always get help from the HiFi Travels customer service staff if you run into any problems or are confused.

Airport Check In

For international travel, we recommend arriving at the airport three hours before departure. An hour prior to the flight's departure time, airlines close the check-in desk.
For domestic travel, we recommend arriving at the airport ninety minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

Information on Baggage

Prior to ticket confirmation, please verify the baggage allowance listed on your reservation. The amount of baggage allowed varies by airline and industry.
General baggage allowance guidelines:
International (from Australia to Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East) 20 kg International (from Australia to the United States or Canada) 23 kg of one or two pieces International: 0 kilograms (from Australia to New Zealand).
0 kg domestically inside Australia. ** Additional baggage will incur charges. Infants are only permitted to bring 10 kg of luggage on long-haul international flights and none at all on short-haul flights.


Changes to your flight times

It is your duty to confirm that the scheduled departure time has not changed by getting in touch with the airline before you leave. We are informed of any such modifications, but if communication has not been established, we will not be responsible for any expenses.

Airline-provided hotel accommodations

Confirmation is required for STPC/free hotel accommodations in transit countries, if applicable under fare rules. If hotel accommodations are not confirmed during lengthy transit hours, HiFi Travels will not be held liable. We suggest checking your flight schedule again, as well as the transit country's layover period and visa requirements.

Insurance for Travel

Travel insurance is highly advised by HiFi Travels to shield you from unanticipated events during your trip.

Health Issues

The traveller bears full responsibility for any health-related concerns prior to and during the trip, as stated explicitly in HiFi Travels' terms and conditions. All airline health regulations and guidelines must be followed by the traveller. It is the traveller’s duty to have all required medical and immunisation records with them.

Schedules of Work

On weekdays, HiFi Travels can help; but, on weekends and public holidays, we are not available. Additionally, our employees are unavailable after business hours. We apologise that due to unanticipated circumstances, we are unable to respond to any questions or requests.

Fees and Taxes

In accordance with our booking terms and regulations, travellers must pay the ticket price plus any applicable taxes levied by different nations. The airline may alter these taxes at any time without giving the traveller advance notice.

Concerning HiFi Travels

Reputable travel company HiFi Travels offers both domestic and international airline services for Asian nations, including Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nepal, India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. We want to give our consumers a positive travel experience while providing them with cheap costs. In order to effectively serve our clients' needs, we also maintain a physical presence in India.
It is crucial to remember that although we accept responsibility for any errors or miscommunications we may have created, we are not liable for the calibre of services rendered by airlines or other travel agencies. Since HiFi Travels is not involved in legal problems, any legal action brought by the traveller against airlines for service standards and warranty will not have an impact on us.

According to our promotional fare policy, services provided during promotions are only available for a short period of time and could be subject to specific limitations. During promotional fares, passengers will be penalised for any changes they make to the carrier, flight, time, or routing. In order for us to help in the event of any problems, we advise travellers to notify us of any changes. Liability Restrictions

HiFi Travels wants to make it clear that we are not liable for any unforeseen or uncontrollable losses or damages that occur while travelling, including those brought on by other service providers. All of the contract's assertions are made solely for informational purposes.
Our liability is, however, capped at the full cost of the trip plans that were bought through HiFi Travels in cases where liability cannot be eliminated. We would like to make it clear that HiFi Travels is not liable for any accidents, damages, losses, or health problems that arise while travel, whether they are caused directly or indirectly.
