I had such a wonderful experience with Monika at HiFi Travels! I honestly can’t thank her enough for all her help and patience.

I had so many questions and changed/check things multiple times, but Monika was always incredibly patient, polite and helpful. She never once made me feel like I was bothering her or asking too much. She always responded so nicely and took the time to explain everything properly.

On top of the amazing service, she also worked hard to find us the best possible price, which I really appreciated.

It is rare to come across someone who is so professional, kind, patient and genuinely cares about helping their customers. I would highly recommend **Monika and HiFi Travels** to anyone looking for excellent service and great prices.

Thank you so much, Monika! You made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. ❤️🙏

Very Disappointing Service – Poor Communication and Unfair Charges

I had a very disappointing experience with HiFi Travels and would not recommend their service based on how my booking was handled.

My original flight was cancelled by the airline, and I was advised by the airline to contact my travel agent, HiFi Travels, to have the booking rebooked. I followed the instructions and contacted HiFi Travels, but the rebooking process took an unreasonably long time — almost a month.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that I had originally paid for **Premium Economy**, yet I was being offered **Economy seats** when the flight was rebooked. The cancellation was not my fault; it was caused by the airline. Therefore, I expected HiFi Travels to arrange the same class of travel that I had already paid for, rather than asking me to accept a lower class.

Throughout the process, my calls were repeatedly transferred between different people and departments, with no clear ownership of the issue. I had to keep following up, and the lack of communication made an already stressful situation even worse.

To make matters worse, even after the tickets were finally rebooked, I was asked to pay additional money. I found this extremely unfair, considering I had already paid a significant amount for Premium Economy tickets in the first place.

Overall, the entire experience was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. I expected much better communication, efficiency and customer service from a travel agency. Unfortunately, HiFi Travels did not meet those expectations.

I had a wonderful experience with Monica. She is incredibly humble, kind, and approachable, and genuinely takes the time to understand her customers’ needs. She carefully considers our preferences and helps us choose the most suitable flight options without any pressure or hassle. Her patience, personal attention, and willingness to help truly stand out. It was a pleasure dealing with her, and I sincerely appreciate the excellent service she provided. Highly recommended! ❤️

had an absolutely fantastic experience booking my ticket with Yuvi From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. Yuvi was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions promptly and ensuring I got exactly what I needed.

What impressed me most was Yuvi attention to detail and genuine willingness to help. He made the booking process so simple—no confusion, no complications. The communication was clear, and everything was handled with care and efficiency.

Thank you, Yuvi , for such a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be booking with you again!

I recently was trying to book tickets for my mother and myself with family(wife and baby). I tried many other booking places which i would not like to name. Majority of them have staff unprofessional and lack of customer service expertise. Long story short, YUVI(Hifi travels)is the best, most professional, calm , understandable, intelligent and most importantly very great listener and play according to the needs of customers. YUVI'S conversational skills are top notch with mixture of politeness, calmness paying attention to each & every details said by caller. 5 stars to YUVI. Highly recommending him in future to many who need's to travel back home.
